Terms of Use
Effective October 14, 2026. Loftia Pal is free and fan-made; here's what using it means.
Using Loftia Pal
Loftia Pal (the app at loftiapal.com and its guide pages) is run by Radish Softworks. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Loftia Pal is free.
Fan-made
Loftia Pal is a fan-made companion. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Qloud Games. Loftia and its names, art and other material are theirs. Steam news is shown with a link to the original post.
Servers and streams we list
Discord servers and Twitch channels shown in Social are run by other people, not by Loftia Pal. We don't control what happens there; follow their rules and Discord's and Twitch's own terms. Listing a server is free and up to us; we may remove one at any time, and anyone can ask us to look at one.
Rules
Please don't scrape, overload or attack Loftia Pal, or use it to break Loftia's, Steam's, Twitch's or Discord's own rules.
Game information
What we say about Loftia comes from its official site, its Steam page and press coverage, linked on each page, and the game is still in development. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Please double-check anything that matters on the official site or in the game.
No warranty
Loftia Pal is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, always available, free of errors or right for your purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties. Features can change or stop at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Radish Softworks isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost progress in any game or lost in-game items, arising from Loftia Pal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in California, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for big changes say so in the app's What's new. Using Loftia Pal after a change means you accept it.
